Tybax Tech Repair is a small business established in 2026. Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, I provide a variety of services at fair prices. My goal is to always keep my services affordable. Our devices are expensive enough, I don't believe we should have to overpay when they break!
Payment Terms: Payment in full is due upon completion of services and prior to device pickup or release.
Unclaimed Devices: Equipment left unclaimed for more than 30 days following notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or disposed of to recover costs. Data Backup Warning: The client is solely responsible for backing up all existing data, software, and programs before service. Tybax Tech Repair LLC is not liable for any loss, corruption, or alteration of data.
Pre-existing Conditions: Tybax Tech Repair LLC is not responsible for pre-existing hardware or software failures discovered during the repair process, or for hardware that fails due to age or wear during standard handling.
Parts: Parts require full prepayment before ordering and are generally non-refundable once ordered.
Repair Warranty: All hardware repairs and labor are backed by a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. It does not cover:

- Devices opened, repaired, or tampered with by any party other than this shop after initial service.
- Intermittent issues related to pre-existing undisclosed damage (such as un-noted motherboard defects).
